Booking/Reservations

  • How do I book a tour? Either call us or reach out by email or on the contact page.
  • Can I book a private/custom tour? Yes, of course. Please contact us to discuss what your group’s focus is for the tour.
  • Can I change or cancel my booking? Yes. Unforeseen circumstances happen. Please contact us to either reschedule or cancel.
  • What’s your cancellation policy? Cancellation policy is 24 hours notice.
  • What payment methods do you accept? We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and Zelle.

Meeting Point/Logistics

  • Where is the meeting point? Meeting points vary depending upon the type of tour. Your confirmation email will have directions.
  • How early should I arrive? Please arrive no later than 10 minutes prior to tour start time.
  • What happens if I’m running late? Please call or email us and depending upon circumstances we can plan a course of action.
  • Is the tour guide easy to find? Yes, the tour guides are easy to find. Your confirmation email will have further information.

Other Questions

  • What should I bring? Feel free to bring water and a snack. Also, if a summer tour please bring sunscreen and hat, if desired.
  • What should I wear? Winter please wear layered clothing and appropriate outerwear for warmth. Summer your choice. Good walking shoes regardless.
  • Are meals/drinks included? Meals/drinks are not included unless it is a food tour.
  • Is the tour physically demanding? Tour guides walk at a comfortable pace for the whole group. Distance is around 2.5km.
  • Is the tour stroller accessible? Yes.
